Welcome to Health Care Products India999. We aim to deliver high-quality healthcare and wellness products across India with fast, safe, and reliable shipping. This Shipping Policy outlines our process for handling, shipping, and delivering your orders.


1. Shipping Coverage: PAN INDIA Delivery

We ship to all serviceable pin codes in India through trusted courier partners such as:

  • Delivery

  • Blue Dart

  • Ekart Logistics

  • India Post

  • Xpress Bees

If your pin code is non-serviceable, our team will contact you to update or cancel the order.


2. Order Processing Time

To offer fast service while ensuring seller convenience:

  • Order processing time: 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays & public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed on the next business day.

  • During festivals, sales, or high-demand periods, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines vary by location:

  • Metro Cities: 3–6 business days

  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4–8 business days

  • Remote / Rural Areas: 6–12 business days

Delivery delays may occur due to weather conditions, courier operational issues, or unforeseen events. Such delays are beyond our control.


4. Shipping Charges

We offer simple and seller-friendly shipping rates:

  • Standard Shipping: ₹49 – ₹99 based on weight & pin code

  • Free Shipping: On orders above ₹999

  • COD Fee (If applicable): ₹50 extra

Shipping charges are non-refundable, even if the order is returned or cancelled after dispatch.


5. Order Tracking

Once the order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A tracking ID

  • Courier partner name

  • Tracking link via SMS/Email/WhatsApp

Tracking updates may take 12–24 hours to reflect on the courier’s website.


6. Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier attempts delivery 2 times and the customer is unavailable or unreachable:

  • The order will be marked as RTO (Return to Origin).

  • Re-shipping will require additional shipping charges.

  • Refunds for RTO orders are processed after deducting forward & reverse shipping fees.


7. Order Cancellation (Seller Friendly)

To avoid loss or misuse:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they are processed or shipped.

  • Prepaid order cancellation before shipment may be accepted at our discretion.

  • COD cancellation or refusal at delivery will result in the customer being blocked from future COD orders.


8. Incorrect Address / Non-Delivery

Health Care Products India999 is not responsible if the delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Wrong phone number provided

  • Recipient not available

  • Miscommunication with delivery partner

Reshipping will incur extra charges at the customer’s expense.


9. Damaged / Tampered Delivery Package

If the package appears tampered or damaged:

  • Do not accept the delivery.

  • Contact us within 24 hours with photo/video proof.

Accepted packages without complaint at delivery will not be eligible for shipping-related claims.


10. Bulk Orders / Heavy Items

Delivery timelines for bulk orders or heavy-weight healthcare equipment may vary.
Additional shipping charges may apply depending on:

  • Weight

  • Volume

  • Distance

Our support team will share final charges before dispatch.


11. International Shipping

At present, we do not provide international shipping.
India-only deliveries.
